Lockboxer is a new way to handle an old problem: managing your stuff. Just like Zillow gives you a price for real estate or Kelley Blue Book gives you a price for cars, Lockboxer gives you price and information about your stuff.

Once you get a price for something, you can do so much:

When you get a new couch and TV and need to get rid of your old stuff, you can use Lockboxer. When you want to make a donation of clothes and furniture to a nearby Goodwill or Salvation Army, use Lockboxer. Let's say you're about to move, a Lockboxer home inventory will ensure that you keep track of your stuff as it gets from point A to point B.

It all starts with a price and your lockbox.

Once you start looking up your stuff, you instantly start saving a list to your lockbox. You can have as many lists as you want in your lockbox. Maybe you'll have a list for selling handbags and shoes on eBay, or furniture on Craigslist. Or maybe you want to keep track of the things you have donated each year. Or maybe you want to share a wish list with your family of potential birthday gifts for little Tommy. Or you've been told by your insurance agent to put a home inventory together but have always been intimidated by the process.

In addition to lightning fast look-up technology, Lockboxer has the Make it Simple button. Let's say you want to quickly figure out what the stuff you're donating is worth. Press the Make it Simple button, select a category, and the top items donated in that category appear in your list with an average donation price. Let's say you want to make a home inventory. When you hit the button you'll import the top 50 items that make up approximately 80% of the value of the contents of your home. Your home inventory can be done in less than one hour.
